Every leader must lead themselves well. Your potential to lead others is a direct result of how you lead yourself. Personal leadership always comes before team leadership. Our coaching journey starts with where you are and where you want to go. Together we create a life plan that levels up your faith, focus, freedom, and fulfillment.
Second, executive leadership
Every senior leader must set direction, set speed, set risk, set resources, and set culture. Those five universal tasks represent where every senior leader should invest at least 80 percent of their time internally to the company if they want to succeed. Neglect any of those five and you and the company will suffer. This section of the program utilizes Dr. Stephen Graves, Five Tasks curriculum:
Setting Direction:
Start with a goal-setting session to clarify the vision, mission, and objectives of the company. We discuss strategies for communicating this direction to the rest of the organization and aligning everyone toward the same goal.
Help leaders develop decision-making skills and prioritize initiatives.
Setting Speed:
Coach leaders on how to balance speed with quality and efficiency.
Discuss methods for tracking progress and measuring success.
Offer guidance on how to create a sense of urgency and motivate the team to meet deadlines.
Setting Risk:
Teach leaders how to identify and assess risks.
Discuss how to develop contingency plans and minimize potential harm to the company. Offer guidance on how to make calculated risks that lead to growth and innovation.
Setting Resources:
Help leaders understand the importance of resource allocation.
Discuss how to allocate resources effectively and efficiently to meet company goals.
Offer guidance on how to make difficult resource allocation decisions.
Setting Culture:
Discuss the role of culture in shaping the company.
Teach leaders how to create a positive and productive culture that supports growth and success. Offer guidance on how to communicate and reinforce the company's values and culture to the rest of the organization.

Initial assessment: A comprehensive assessment of the client's current leadership skills, strengths, and challenges to identify areas for improvement.

Customized coaching plan: Based on the initial assessment, the coach will develop a customized coaching plan tailored to the client's specific needs and goals.

12 One-on-One Coaching Sessions: We work on specific leadership skills, such as communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving.

Leadership Development Workshops: The client will participate in 2 full-day leadership development workshops focused on deepening their understanding of key leadership principles and practices.

Personalized Action Plan: At the end of the program, the client will receive a personalized action plan to help them continue their leadership development journey.

Ongoing Support: The client will have ongoing access to the coach for support and accountability as they work to implement the strategies and practices learned in the program.
